Full job description

The Clean Solution is seeking a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a professional cleaning company that takes pride in delivering exceptional results and outstanding customer service across the Isle of Man.

Hours

Up to 20 hours per week initially.
Monday to Friday, daytime hours.
Opportunity for additional hours as the business continues to grow.

The successful applicant will:

Hold a full, valid driving licence (essential).
Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Be able to work independently and manage their own workload.
Have a positive, friendly and professional attitude.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Role responsibilities include:

Domestic cleaning to a consistently high standard.
Deep cleans and regular maintenance cleans.
Following company cleaning procedures and checklists.
Providing excellent customer service in clients’ homes.
Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
