Join our Adult Safeguarding Team as a Senior Secretary and play a vital role in supporting the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable adults across the Isle of Man. This rewarding and varied position places you at the heart of the service, acting as the first point of contact for service users, members of the public, and professionals from across health and social care. You will help create a positive and professional experience for everyone who contacts the team, providing a responsive, person-centred approach to a wide range of enquiries.
As a key member of the team, you'll provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support, coordinating meetings, managing diaries and correspondence, preparing essential documentation, and helping to keep safeguarding processes running effectively. You'll also produce accurate minutes for safeguarding and multi-agency meetings, capturing key discussions, decisions and actions, while ensuring the voices and experiences of individuals remain at the heart of the safeguarding process.

A basic police check is required for this post, the cost of which will be covered by the Isle of Man Government.
