About the role
Looking for a night role where staying alert, calm and proactive really matters?
We’re looking for two Relief Waking Night Respite Support Workers to join our team, ensuring young people receive high-quality care throughout the night. No two shifts are the same - you’ll work as part of a supportive team to meet the needs of children and young adults, providing continuity and consistency of care while creating a safe, calm and reassuring environment. You’ll be confident working independently when needed, communicating clearly and using your judgement to keep every night running smoothly.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you’ll build valuable experience supporting individuals with disabilities and additional needs. Alongside competitive pay and shift-related allowances, you’ll benefit from a full training programme, including child-centred learning and opportunities to pick up day shifts or community-based work. As a relief post, there are no set weekly hours, offering flexibility to fit around you.
If you’re looking for a role that’s varied, meaningful and full of rewarding challenges, we’d love to hear from you - apply today.
