You'll work closely with clients, helping them understand their tax responsibilities while developing valuable technical knowledge and delivering a high standard of customer service across a range of enquiries.
Your journey will begin within the Academy Team, where you'll receive dedicated support and training to build your knowledge of Income Tax and National Insurance. As your confidence and technical expertise grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on more complex casework, develop specialist skills and progress your career within the Income Tax Division. With structured training, ongoing support and exposure to a wide range of casework, you'll gain valuable skills that will support your long-term professional development.
