Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary talents in a dynamic environment, contributing to a memorable guest experience. The Breakfast Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver efficient service while maintaining strict food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a range of breakfast items according to recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently
Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or replenishment needs
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of food and equipment

Experience

Experience a plus, training provided.

Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour
