We have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Accounts Assistant to work in our busy accounts team at King’s Lynn. You will be a team player with excellent numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will ideally have experience in the same or similar role and will be used to working in a busy, active environment, dealing with high volumes of invoices, accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Inputting purchase ledger invoices onto the database for authorisation
Processing invoices onto the system after authorisation and accurate Nominal Coding
Reconciling supplier statements prior to BACS/Cheque runs
Processing supplier payments
Liaising with dealerships and suppliers to resolve queries.

We are looking for the following:

Proven experience of working within a busy accounts department
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent numerical skills
A flexible ‘can do’ attitude

£27,248.36

Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
