Opportunity to join the team at Orchard Healthcare (Norfolk) Ltd

We're looking for candidates who already have experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant

We're recruiting compassionate Support Assistants to be a part of our Nurse-led Team to provide care to our clients with complex needs in the Kings Lynn area

You'll be providing care and support to our clients, enabling them to live in their own home

You will be supporting people with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much-needed support

We are currently looking for Bank Staff working Weekends Day and Night shifts and Weekday Night shifts to support our services. Shift are 12 hours in one location.

We provide a comprehensive training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Support Worker

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Our service users will require varied support, as a support worker you will be providing care in the service users home to enable them to keep their independence, this role will include:

Encouragement and support to live an independent life

Assistance with Personal Care, Domestic Tasks, Food Preparation.

Accompanying the service user in the community

Medication Management.
