Job Summary:

We are looking for a Web Development Manager to lead the planning, development, and continuous improvement of modern websites and web-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality digital experiences. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to business growth, and support the development of innovative online solutions.

What you'll do:

Lead and coordinate website and web application development projects from planning through deployment.
Manage day-to-day activities of web developers and collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders.
Oversee website performance, functionality, security, and user experience improvements.
Support front-end and back-end development initiatives using modern web technologies.
Review project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
Implement web development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements to increase performance and user engagement.
Coordinate website maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, and feature enhancements.
Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
Stay informed on emerging web technologies, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and industry trends.

Requirements:

Experience in web development, website management, digital projects, or related fields.
Leadership or project coordination experience is an advantage but not essential.
Good understanding of website technologies, content management systems, and modern web development practices.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design, or similar technologies is beneficial.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering high-quality digital experiences.
Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.
