Position Title: Patient Co-ordinator

Location: Elevate Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, Cardiff

Job Description:

Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and providing excellent customer service? Join our dynamic team at Elevate Medical and Aesthetic Clinic, a leading aesthetic clinic dedicated to helping clients feel confident and look their best.

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Patient Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinical and admin operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and client enquiries, both in person, email and over the phone.
Organise practitioner diaries
Provide information about our services, treatments, and products.
Ensure a clean, organised, and relaxing front-of-house environment.
Process payments and assist with basic administrative tasks.
Collaborate with clinicians and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Generate weekly service reports.
Generate weekly key performance indicators and report back to Directors.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Interest or experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
