Full job description

JOB DESCRIPTION (Interviews will take place on the 14th September 2026)

JOB TITLE: Paint Track Operative

REPORTING TO: Production Manager

DEPARTMENT: Operations / Assembly

JOB PURPOSE:

To load and unload components on a continual track moving through a powder coating booth

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Prepare products to be powder painted
Hanging products correctly and safely on a moving track to ensure they can be painted evenly.
Removal of items from a moving track ensuring no damage to products.
Carry out quality checks control of painted items.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

Read and understand risk assessments and COSHH data sheets.
Work to tight production schedules.
Provide support to other disciplines if and when required.
Ensure all work is completed in a safe manner.
Any other tasks that you or your Manager deem to be necessary to carry out the role in line with business requirements.
To maintain a tidy and controlled work area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Flexibility to work in other areas of the factory if required.
Able to work shifts if required.
Manual Handling awareness.
Stamina and endurance.

Pay: £27,098.00-£29,528.20 per year
