Hull (Hybrid Preferred) | Remote Working Considered | Employed Position

We’re looking for an experienced Equity Release Advisor to join our growing team.

Ideally, you’ll be based locally and work on a hybrid basis from our Hull office, but we’re also happy to consider exceptional advisors who wish to work remotely from elsewhere in the UK.

The Role

As our specialist Equity Release Advisor, you’ll focus exclusively on advising clients on lifetime mortgages.

One of the things that makes this role unique is our collaborative approach. If, during your advice process, a client would be better served by a traditional residential mortgage, retirement mortgage or another lending solution, you’ll simply introduce them to one of your experienced mortgage advisor colleagues.

Likewise, our mortgage advisors regularly identify clients who would benefit from lifetime mortgage advice and will refer them directly to you.

This means you can concentrate on providing specialist equity release advice, knowing your clients have access to the right expertise whenever another option is more suitable. It’s a genuinely customer-first approach that ensures every client receives the most appropriate recommendation.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

CeRER (or an equivalent equity release qualification).
Experience providing regulated lifetime mortgage advice.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
A professional, ethical and compliant approach to advice.
