Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

- Manage daily kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen management.
- Supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members and front-of-house staff.
