Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Experienced Bar/Kitchen Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional service by preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety standards are met. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items efficiently and accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas to meet food safety standards
Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent service at all times
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Handle cash register transactions accurately and responsibly, including processing payments

Skills

Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures
Ability to serve guests with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
