Hourly Rate £12.71

Location Chesterfield, S44 6AE

This is a temporary, full time vacancy that will close in 16 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Job Title: Buying Administration Assistant

Location: Chesterfield, S44 6AE

Salary: £26,500

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (30 min lunch) – Office based

Type of Role: Temporary with the potential to go permanent

About the Role

This role is required to support our Buying department with the following tasks:

Accurate data input
Using excellent customer service to handle internal and external queries
Updating reports and systems
Process, generate and issue accurate purchase order to suppliers in a timely manner
Chasing suppliers for delivery updates

What We’re Looking For

The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at a time
Proficient excel skills and keen eye for detail
Maintain accurate product, supplier and cost information ensure products are delivered on time
Act as a key contact for purchasing queries, managing the team mailbox and incoming calls
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A reliable team player with a professional and supportive approach
