Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in a quarry enviroment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently on site.

Operate excavators in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Communicate effectively with site supervisor.
Assist in site preparation, including digging, grading, crushing and screening.
Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience operating excavators or similar heavy machinery is essential.
A valid driver's licence is required; experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective teamwork and coordination on-site.
