We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist to join our busy salon team.

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people Be confident answering phones, booking appointments and greeting clients Have strong IT skills and be comfortable using computers and salon software Be confident with stock ordering, stock management and deliveries Have a good standard of English, spelling and grammar Be able to create and send client newsletters and email marketing campaigns Be organised, proactive and able to work independently Have excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude

What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming clients and providing exceptional customer service Managing appointments and salon enquiries Ordering, receiving and monitoring salon stock Assisting with salon administration and daily operations Creating newsletters and email communications for clients Supporting the salon team to ensure the smooth running of the business

Experience in a salon environment would be an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate.
