ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, and customer-focused Security Officers and Door Supervisors to join our team for an upcoming schedule of events across the Dudley and Stourbridge areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing access points, arrivals, and guest safety.
- Providing a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused presence.
- Monitoring crowds and maintaining a secure environment throughout events.
- Handling conflict resolution and de-escalation calmly and effectively.
- Completing basic incident logging and safety checks as required.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- A valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding).
- Proven experience in event security, venue security, or manned guarding is preferred, though reliability and a strong professional attitude are paramount.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Local to the Dudley, Stourbridge, or wider West Midlands region.
