Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients.

Qualifications

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential.
Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
