Dentmagic are looking for a motivated person to be a full time Estimator / workshop controller .
They must have Bodyshop experience & be able to estimate . They will also need to be able to hit achievable targets and deliver quality workmanship .
They will need to Meet and greet customers and guide there vehicles through our bodyshop and also deliver high quality standard repairs by over seeing a small team of 3 qualified quality Bodyshop technicians.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering site performance and profitable growth, contributing to business growth;
- Liaising with managers, suppliers, customers.
- Focusing on the bodyshop striving for best practice, performance excellence and highly professional customer service;
- Overseeing the estimating, quality control , customer service and liaising with the parts departments.
- Achieving strong financial performance, high quality service and customer care objectives;
- Promoting the company culture and values in all aspects of their work.
Applicants must have:
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- Technical expertise.
- Extensive experience and all-around competence .
- Confident in your ability to manage resources to optimise both profitability and customer service.
- You will relish the challenge of the role and show clear potential to progress your career.
- Good knowledge of the accident repair industry and experience

- Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm - hourly rate decided on experience + bonus
