For our London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona-based teammates, we ask that you spend 3 days a week in the office during your first 6 months — it’s the best way to connect, collaborate, and get to know your team. After that, you’ll shift to 1 day a week in the office, with flexibility to choose the day that suits you best.
Video is everywhere. The bar keeps rising. We need an editor who works across formats (YouTube long-form, Instagram Reels, TikToks, customer stories) and makes every one feel intentional.
You'll sit inside our creative team, working closely with brand and design. You care about brand, taste, and polish. The cut is only part of it.
You'll own the edit from brief to export, maintain our brand standard from day one, and use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow. That includes producing fully AI-generated videos for organic & paid social when the brief calls for it.
- Edit long and short-form content across YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, paid ads, and customer stories
- Produce fully AI-generated videos for organic and paid social channels
- Pick up a camera when it matters. Shoot events and customer stories on location.
- Own the aesthetic. VEED has a point of view, and your edit should show it.
- Build formats and styles that work natively on each platform
- Build sound design, motion, and music into the edit from frame one
- Use transitions, effects, and audio mixing so the content earns its watch time
- Execute VEED's brand guidelines without hand-holding, working closely with brand and design
- Work inside campaign briefs, then push them further
- Use AI tools (ElevenLabs, Weave, image and video generation models) to move faster and produce better work
- Stay current on platform trends and bring format ideas to the table
- Run multiple projects at once and deliver on deadline
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience. Social-first background is a big plus.
- Fluent in Adobe Premiere and DaVinci Resolve
- Comfortable across formats and aspect ratios. Long-form to short-form, you pick it up and run.
- Comfortable behind a camera. You can set up and shoot events or customer stories when needed.
- Solid knowledge of video formats, specs, and social platform best practices
- You know when a cut is a frame too late. You fix it before anyone asks.
- Familiar with AI-assisted production workflows
- You explore new tools as they emerge and find ways to put them to work
- Self-driven and easy to collaborate with
- You have a point of view. You can defend it, and you know when to drop it.

The salary ranges for this role are:
- London: £43,200 – £54,000 gross per year
We set ranges based on market data and review them regularly. Where your offer lands within the range reflects your experience and skills relative to the level criteria for this role. We don't ask about current or previous salary at any stage of our process.
