Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every vehicle leaves our facility looking its best. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality experience for our customers while maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our equipment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections.
Operate car wash machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including exterior washing, waxing, and interior vacuuming.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and well-maintained.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment both inside and outside the facility.
Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area as needed, ensuring safety at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques related to car washing.
