We are delighted to announce an excellent opportunity within the Maternity Team for the role of the Inpatient Manager /Senior Charge Midwife.

This will be a 36hrs permanent position to the successful candidate.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual, who can contribute positively to our team culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate inclusive leadership, act as a respectful/positive role model, and inspire colleagues through their commitment and professionalism. Exceptional leadership, strong communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
