Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our guests, serving as the first point of contact. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Assist with the coordination of events and functions, providing support to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers,
A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with reservation systems or hospitality software is a plus but not mandatory.
