Role Overview:
We are looking for a professional and energetic Front of House Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Manage the reception area, greet guests warmly, and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Operations & Seating: Efficiently manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow.
Service Coordination: Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
Communication: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Environment Maintenance: Ensure the front of house area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Inventory Support: Monitor stock levels for front-end supplies and assist with restocking or ordering as directed.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in a front-of-house or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and work effectively within a team.
Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with reservation management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards and current hospitality trends.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
