Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. This paid position offers an opportunity to support daily office operations and administration. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and confirdence with office software.

Duties

Reception duties, manage incoming calls and directing inquiries efficiently
Maintain organised filing systems for documents, invoices, and project records
Support accounts activities.
Dealing with suppliers and buying in materials
Assist with general administration duties

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From £13.45 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
