Location

This role will be based in Unite’s Dundee office in the Scotland Region

Reports to

Senior Regional Administrator

Salary

Grade 4 – £34,203.00 per annum full time

(Rising to £36,595.00 per annum full time after 12 months in post

Contract Type

Permanent

Hours

Full-Time, 34 Hours Per Week

Working Pattern

Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Friday 9 am to 4 pm

Apprenticeship:

You will need to commit to completing a fully supported apprenticeship in Customer Services once you have completed your probation period. Training, support and coaching will be provided.

To maintain and increase membership retention levels whilst providing excellent customer service and actively promoting the benefits of Unite Trade Union membership to current and prospective members.
