Full job description

Role : Air Conditioning Engineer
Location : Dundee

Package:

£40,000 - £43,000 per year
40 hour working week (45 hour working week) one hour per day travel.
Travel paid after 30 mins
½ hour paid lunchbreak
Day in lieu if on Call out rota- 1 in 6/7 on call. 4 Hours minimum if called out. Or door to door if longer than this.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repairs of VRV, VRF, chillers, Split Systems, and AHUs
Working with a team of engineers assisting with repairs
Conducting routine maintenance on air conditioning systems in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards
Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and carrying out repairs as necessary
Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

FGAS or Equivalent
3 years experience in the industry
Driver’s Licence
Enhanced DBS

Overtime rates paid as below:

After 5pm x1.5
After midnight x2
Saturday 1.5
Sunday x2
