Summer Viewing Agent

Premier Property Management is a leading family-owned independent property firm providing a premier service in all aspects of property letting and management throughout Dundee, St Andrews, Fife and Edinburgh.
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Summer Viewing Agent to join our team during our busy summer period.
This is a varied role combining customer service, property viewings and office administration within a fast-paced and professional environment. No two days are the same, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being organised and taking responsibility for their own workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Provide a professional and friendly service to applicants and clients
- Answer telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately
- Respond to email enquiries
- Book appointments and property viewings
- Arrange access to properties
- Manage the issue and return of property keys, maintaining accurate records
- Input and update information on our property management systems
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive and professional attitude
- A full UK driving licence
Additional Requirements
Access to your own vehicle insured for business use is preferred. Mileage expenses will be reimbursed
Company vehicles may be available in certain circumstances, subject to availability and insurance requirements.
Hours & Contract
Temporary position covering July and August (with flexibility on dates for the right candidate)
Standard office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is available, with working hours varying depending on scheduled viewings and business requirements
Salary
From £10.85 per hour
