As a Patient Coordinator you'll be part of a well established private practice, working alongside an award winning dental team in the heart of Broughty Ferry, Dundee. Patient Coordinator responsibilities
- Patient Coordinators are responsible for organising and managing patient care across multiple providers and facilities.
- The duties typically include supporting high end private treatments for dentists within the practice, scheduling and managing appointments ensuring timely follow-ups and continuity of care.
- Planning & Supporting Referral events across the practice and Campus.
- Assisting patients with understanding treatment plans, including explaining Bupa insurance coverage and finance options.
- Supporting the marketing of the practice to include new patient attraction.
Skills and experience
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Sales & Conversion skills.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
