We are looking for a reliable and organised Vehicle Logistics Operative to join our team in Dundee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement of vehicles between garages, MOT centres and other locations. This is a varied role requiring excellent driving skills, attention to detail and a high level of care when handling sales vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collect and deliver vehicles to garages for MOTs, servicing and repairs
● Transport vehicles between company locations and third-party sites
● Carry out vehicle condition checks before and after movements
● Complete collection and delivery, within timescales and communicate with the sales team efficiently
● Ensure vehicles are driven safely and responsibly at all times● Liaise professionally with customers, garages and colleagues
● Maintain a high standard of customer service skills
● Assist with the display and presentation of vehicles
Experience Required:
● Full UK driving licence
● Experience driving a variety of vehicles
● Reliable, punctual and well organised
● Good attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Previous automotive, dealership, rental or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
