Join one of the UK’s leading names in the flexible packaging industry. At Discovery Flexibles Ltd, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and excellence in everything we do. We are recruiting for a Flexographic Plate Mounter to join our growing team.

Job Description-

Check production plan and use plate database to look out jobs to Mount
Inspect plates and sleeves for damage or signs of wear
Clean sleeves in preparation for mounting tape
Mount / De-mount plates, clean and store plates, report damage or wear.
Assisting press crew if required
Keeping area clean and tidy

About You -

Good communication skills
Moderate computer knowledge
Numeracy
Be able to prioritise own workload and work under pressure.
To be able to read and understand print documentation and work instructions for each individual order
Interact with management on a day-to-day basis for intake of plate orders

This job is for 36hrs per week. While training you will be working a double day shift rota, once your training is complete you will move to a treble shift rota.

Pay: From £13.32 per hour

Work Location: In person
