Location: Piperdam Leisure Resort, Dundee, DD2 5LP Nr Birkhill

Hours of work: Variable - evenings & weekends

Salary: Competitive pay + Commission

What we need in a nutshell

We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist who can make our guests feel pampered and special and help the Spa Manager with the day to day spa operations.

What you’ll be doing

Working with ELEMIS, Award winning products, you will mainly be carrying out Massages and Facials.

In your capable hands, Spa treatments will be one of the highlights of guests’ holidays. Your role will include:

Carrying out a range of massage and beauty treatments with expertise, care and friendliness
Ensuring the Spa is clean, well presented and welcoming
Selling and booking treatments and products and handling transactions
Enhancing the client journey by recommending and retailing products
Contributing to team meetings with ideas to improve our service and profitability

One more thing…holidays happen at holiday times so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays and weekends too.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

We aim to deliver delight to our guests and to do this, you will need to demonstrate the following:

Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or Equivalent, with experience in Massage, Facials and Body treatments is essential.
Experience in Manicure, Pedicure, Waxing, Complementary Therapies, Lash and Brow Treatments is advantageous.
Great customer service and calming communication skills
IT and sales skills
A willingness to work positively as part of a team

It’s advantageous if you have worked with ELEMIS but if you haven’t, we provide training.
