Lurgan based company working mainly in the Belfast/ Antrim region.
The primary role is based on everyday tradesman tasks in the refurbishment and maintenance sector. You will be required to work alongside various other trades . You will be a point of contact for contracts managers and other site operatives. Dependent on demonstrated ability, this role also offers further opportunities for management development.
Main Duties:
· General joinery duties
· Undertaking reactive maintenance as required.
· Undertaking snagging works.
· Any other site duties as reasonably expected.
Essential Criteria:
· Knowledge of public sector works.
· Excellent communication skills.
· A good understanding of other trades and their roles.
· Good attention to detail and good time management skills.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Health and Safety competent.
· Own tools.
· CSR Preferrable.

Negotiable depending on experience
