Job description

JOB TITLE: Junior Office Administrator

LOCATION: Dunfermline

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Macari Hill Civil Engineering are looking for a Junior Office Administrator to join our management team to provide administration support to the Office Manager and Management and Operations Team. Experience working in a construction related office is desirable but not essential.

A competitive, market driven package will be offered to the right candidate.

Role / Responsibilities

Work with the Operations Team and Office Manager on various tasks as required
Assist in the upkeep of registers and records to comply with company processes
Assist in booking in fleet and vehicle maintenance.
Arrange weekly accommodation and subsistence for operatives.
Maintain and update training records and organise training where necessary

Skills / Qualifications

Adaptable and
Effective communication skills
Strong IT Skills with ability to use Office 365 and its Apps.
Ability to work under pressure, take the initiative and act with accountability
Ability to work as part of a professional team
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

The role would suit a school or college leaver looking to progress quickly in their career and become part of a successful team.

Licence/Certification

Work Location: Office

REPORTING TO: Office Manager

Hours: Monday to Friday - 39 hrs.

Salary: £ Highly Competitive with Incentives
