Full job description

Bronze International Limited is a growing Northern Ireland business made up of a tanning and beauty product distribution company, a chain of tanning and beauty salons, and a property investment arm.

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of financial management and reporting across our group of companies.

Working with the Accounts Assistant, Company Directors and external accountant, the Finance Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting function, ensure strong financial controls and provide accurate, timely financial information to support decision-making and improve profitability.

This is a practical role suited to someone who is comfortable managing the full accounting cycle – from reviewing invoices and purchase orders through to producing monthly management accounts, payroll and quarterly VAT returns, and preparing year-end accounts for external sign-off.

What you'll be doing:

Overseeing the day-to-day accounts function, including reviewing the work of our Accounts Assistant
Producing monthly management accounts with analysis and commentary for the Directors
Managing budgets, forecasts, cash-flow projections and key performance indicators
Running weekly payroll and preparing quarterly VAT returns
Preparing year-end accounts and schedules for our external accountant's sign-off
Maintaining strong financial controls and looking for ways to improve our systems and reporting

What you'll bring:

Proven experience producing management accounts and preparing accounts for year-end
Strong knowledge of VAT, payroll, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
Experience managing accounts across multiple companies or cost centres
Strong working knowledge of Sage accounting and payroll software
A relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, ATI or equivalent) is desirable — we'll also consider part-qualified candidates or those qualified by experience
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle — there is no public transport service to our Keady premises (no travel between sites is required for this role)

Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
