Overview

Join our busy team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This energetic position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are sanitized and ready for use, supporting our chefs and serving staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items for quick access by kitchen staff
Support the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables
Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries in the kitchen environment
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Skills

Prior experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary and service staff
Familiarity with hospitality industry practices related to serving and food safety is a plus
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrates your ability to adapt quickly
