Description

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering roles within the electrical utilities, Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) or renewable energy sectors, specifically up to 33kV Cabling or Substation Projects.
Strong track record of delivering engineering works on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Awareness of a Designer’s Role under CDM

Skills required

Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
3-5 years design experience in substations / cabling projects
Skilled at identifying / analysing engineering difficulties
Willingness to learn
Would like broader progression into Electrical Design Engineering / project management opportunities
