Business Support Executive
Job description:
One of the UK’s leading warranty companies is currently expanding and needs to increase its Administration & Marketing Team. Based in Perth, the immediate requirement is for Business Support Administrators. The successful candidates will work as part of an adaptable team of individuals.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming email enquiries in a fast, efficient and customer-focused manner, ensuring customers receive a professional and responsive service.
- Manage and maintain the customer database using the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Area Managers via email and telephone.
- Import, export and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and the CRM system.
- Ensure the correct filing, storage and retrieval of paperwork and records.
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including preparing documentation, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.
- Assist Directors with day-to-day administrative tasks, diary management and correspondence.
- Arrange and coordinate business travel, including booking flights, hotels and transport.
- Organise company meetings, conferences and corporate events, including venue bookings, logistics and communications.
- Support the wider organisation with general business support duties as required.
Requirements
- Organised and efficient.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and on their own initiative.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft systems, particularly excel.
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
