**Office / Production Assistant**

**Responsibilities:**

- Proactively reach out to customers to facilitate regular order placements via phone and online channels.

- Share in-depth product knowledge to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

- Efficiently generate invoices and print product labels to ensure order accuracy.

- Skillfully pick and prepare orders for timely dispatch.

- Diligently pack and ship orders to maintain quality and presentation.

- Strategically send samples of our delicious cookies and bakery products to retail shops, effectively showcasing our offerings.

**Working Days:** Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

**Hours:** 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM (approximately 12 hours a week)

A comprehensive in-house training program will be provided.

Pay: £12.80 per hour
