Tamlyn & Son Limited is a well established and successful, small independent practice in Bridgwater Somerset. The company, which was established over 150 years ago, has an excellent reputation for being a traditional firm of surveyors in the local area, and is linked to seven Estate and Letting Agents in Somerset and Dorset. The team is looking to recruit an experienced Chartered Surveyor to undertake residential RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys, together with any professional valuations and related work.
The work is based in the Southwest and covers a geographical area within a two-hour radius of the office, usually allocated according to where you live which would ideally be within sixty minutes travel from TA6 postcode area.
The role itself requires excellent organisation skills, client service and an ability to communicate effectively, in what is a friendly and supportive working environment. It is a permanent position and a fantastic step for the right individual as in the long term it offers the opportunity to be a Director.
A competitive salary will be offered according to experience. An employer pension contribution, 20 days annual leave(plus normal English Bank Holidays), RICS fees, onsite parking, company laptop and phone, flexible office and home based working.
