Full job description

PURPOSE

Join the Dickson Group business on its journey as one of Northern Ireland's largest independent brokers. We pride ourselves on having built a great reputation in over 30 years of looking after clients all over Ireland. We're interested in finding people who have a passion for commitment and hard work, and above all providing great customer service. This role would suit someone who wants to join an expanding business, with potential for further progression for the right person.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Based in our Dungannon office, you'll work within the personal insurances team to achieve your monthly targets based on winning new customers, and retaining existing ones. The hours for this role are 9.00-5.30pm Mon-Fri, with occasional working on a Saturday morning
Offer brilliant customer service by building rapport, asking the right questions, and clearly explaining products and covers
Look for opportunities to provide other great products to customers
Work with colleagues across the business to identify prospects for the future
Salary based on OTE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £32,860.00 per year
