If you are an experienced Senior Recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and building strong talent pipelines, this could be a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will support IT and Technology recruitment across the UK & Ireland and Spain markets. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple regions to attract and hire top technical talent in a highly competitive market.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment processes
- Internet searches and networking to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates.
- Facilitating the interview and selection process.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Undertaking market mapping projects.
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- In-depth experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes within tech/IT sector
- In-depth experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written,
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach.
- UK&I, Central And North Europe recruitment experience.
