Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Mon to Fri, 7 am to 4 pm; Mon to Thurs, 7 am to 1 pm; Fri

We're now looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to take operational leadership and budget responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve operational standards and meet the agreed service level agreements.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of respnbility
Deal with HR processes in a timely manner, following the correct process and leveraging appropriate support when required.
Understand the root causes of performance results and set actions with your direct reports and Operations Manager for improving the results
Act as the first point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement
Ensure the appropriate communication, understanding and compliance with all relevant DHL policies takes place
Understand Health and Safety related risks in your area , take actions to eliminate or minimise these risks according to an agreed plan

Ability to drive Standards within the direct team
Ability to manage change processes
Minimum 4 years of warehouse management experience
Operations experience managing a team
Customer facing experience, is an advantage
