Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Therapist to join our friendly and well-established 3-surgery dental practice. Our practice is predominantly private, with a small NHS children-only contract, offering a varied and rewarding clinical environment.

The Role

As a Dental Therapist, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our patients’ oral health. You will work closely with our dentists and hygiene team to provide a full range of therapy services.

Responsibilities include:

Providing routine dental therapy treatments including fillings and periodontal care
Delivering hygiene services such as scale and polish, and oral health education
Treating paediatric patients under our NHS contract
Supporting preventive care and promoting long-term oral health
Maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

GDC registered Dental Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A caring, professional, and patient-first approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in private practice is desirable but not essential
