Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Landlord Relationship Executive to join our lettings team.

This is a new business role focused on generating landlord valuation opportunities across our full patch. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting landlords and prospective landlords, booking valuation appointments directly into our valuers’ diaries, tracking appointment outcomes, and helping drive new property instructions for the business.

This role would suit someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking to people, is highly organised, and is motivated by creating opportunities and achieving targets.

What you’ll be doing

Making outbound calls to landlords and prospective landlords.
Generating landlord valuation appointments across our full patch.
Booking valuation appointments directly into valuers’ diaries.
Identifying landlords who may be looking to let, switch agents, or review their rental position.
Tracking each valuation appointment and monitoring the outcome.
Calling for updates after valuation appointments have taken place.
Maintaining accurate records of calls, appointments, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
Following up landlord leads consistently to help convert opportunities into instructions.
Working closely with valuers, lettings teams, and Property Managers.
Helping create a consistent pipeline of new landlord opportunities.
Achieving agreed KPIs around calls, appointments booked, instructions, lets, and conversion rates.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident, resilient, and comfortable making outbound calls on a daily basis.

Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, property, telesales, business development, or another sales-focused role would be beneficial. However, we are also interested in speaking with candidates who have the right attitude, confidence, work ethic, and desire to succeed.

Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Able to manage and track multiple leads and appointments.

Salary and benefits

Basic salary of £24,000 per year
Uncapped commission
£25 commission per property instructed and successfully let
Full-time, permanent role
