Driver (Category C/C+E)
12–15 months • Logistics Driver L2 (+ Cat C, then C+
E licence)
Vehicle checks, safe urban & long-haul driving, load security, ePOD tech
HGV Technician
36 months • IMI Heavy Vehicle L3
Mechanical & electrical diagnostics, servicing diesel and eHGV high-voltage systems
Traffic Office
18 months • Transport Operations Supervisor L3
Route & load planning in TMS, driver compliance, live-ops problem-solving
Warehouse Operative
12 months • Supply-Chain Warehouse L2
Pick/pack, forklift ops, WMS data, stock control & health-and-safety
What you’ll do
- Spend four days a week hands-on in your chosen department
- Attend off-site or online college/IMI training one day a week (paid)
- Work with mentors who’ve come up through the same routes
- Complete real projects that improve efficiency and cut carbon
The skills & attitude you’ll bring
- GCSE Grade 4 / C in Maths & English (or willingness to gain Functional Skills)
- Curious mind, solid work ethic and team spirit
- 18 yrs+ for the Driving pathway (licence regulations); 16 yrs+ for others
- A genuine interest in transport, engineering or supply-chain operations
