Full job description

3 Bravo Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Support Technician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting users with a wide range of IT issues.

As the first point of contact for technical support, you will play a key role in ensuring our employees receive efficient, professional, and timely assistance, helping to keep our business running smoothly.

About the Role

You will provide first-line technical support to users across the business, assisting with hardware, software, systems access, and general IT-related queries.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues where possible, escalating more complex problems when required, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests.
Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests through the service desk system.
Assist with troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Provide remote and in-person technical support to end users.
Set up and configure laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and other IT equipment.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment provision and access management.
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or third-party providers.
Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and support records.
Contribute to continuous improvements in IT processes and user experience.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and data protection standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.

Desirable

Experience with ticketing/service desk systems.
Experience supporting mobile devices and endpoint management solutions.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
