What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Support coordination with design, engineering, project, and commercial teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
- Assist in preparing progress reports, resource plans, and critical path analyses.
- Identify programme risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to tender programmes and bid submissions with realistic timelines.
- Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements and contractual obligations.
- Participate in programme review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing on planning best practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in programme management and reporting processes.
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
Experience in the UK Water or Utilities sector (water and wastewater preferred)
5–8 years’ experience in project planning within the infrastructure or utilities sector
Proficient user of Primavera P6 with experience supporting complex programmes
Good understanding of NEC contract planning requirements
Experience supporting design & build or framework delivery programmes
Understanding of 4D planning and scheduling (Desirable)
Exposure to collaborative planning approaches (Desirable)
Skills & Strengths:

Understanding of cost and resource-loaded programme management
