Summary

We are seeking an Office Supervisor to oversee administrative operations at Twinlakes Theme Park in the UK. This vital role ensures smooth daily functioning of our office activities, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficient administrative processes.
Supervise administrative staff and coordinate teams.
Provide excellent communication and phone etiquette when interacting with staff and visitors.
Organize and prioritize tasks to support park operations.
Collaborate with management to improve office procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or supervision roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Office & Accounts Supervisor to oversee day-to-day office operations while also running financial administration. This role combines office supervision with responsibility for cash handling and accounts support.

We Require

· Proven experience in office administration and supervision.

· Strong numeracy skills and experience with cash handling and reconciliation.

· High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

· Excellent organisational and communication skills.

· IT literacy (MS Office, Excel, accounts software desirable).

· One weekend day essential.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information.

Duties:

· Supervise and support the office team, ensuring smooth daily operations.

· Coordinate communication between departments (guest services, ticketing, finance, marketing).

· Train, motivate, and monitor office staff to maintain high performance.

· Maintain office systems, records, and compliance with park policies.

Financial & Accounts Duties

· Oversee the daily cashing up of tills across the park.

· Ensure accurate money handling, reconciliation, and banking of takings.

· Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies promptly.

· Support the Accounts Manager with bookkeeping, data entry, and invoice processing.

· Maintain accurate financial records in line with company and legal requirements.

Administration & Compliance

· Handle correspondence, reports, and financial documentation.

· Ensure GDPR and financial data security standards are upheld.

· Provide cover during staff absences, holidays, and peak operational periods.
