Eternal Care is a progressive and forward-thinking family orientated domiciliary care agency covering Bexley, Orpington, and Lewisham.
At Eternal Care we provide a wide range of services including pop in visits ranging from 30 minutes – 2 hours; Long shifts ranging from 2 hours – 12 hours and live in for clients who need continuous services.
The Role:
Eternal Care are currently seeking committed and reliable staff.
As a Care Coordinator/ administrator your day to day can include but is not limited to:
· Carry out reviews of risk assessments and support plans
· Do supervisions, and support the supervisor with spot checks
· Assigning care workers to service users/Rota
· Ensuring that holiday/sickness and emergency calls are assigned/covered
· Making official calls to service users, social services, and carers as the case may be
· Covering calls that cannot be covered by staff
MAR chart audits
· Candidate file maintenance
· Organising training
Hours:
At Eternal Care working hours are between 9-5 and 10-6.
Field calls are as per rota.
